Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during high peaked sales; such as Black Friday, Holiday sales & Promotional sales.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the courier or the weather. 

You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $7-10 USD due prior to reshipment.
